PRODUCTION FACILITY

We have an integrated manufacturing unit, which consist of state of the art machines that are engineered to deliver products to perfection. All critical Plant & Machinery has been developed with in house experience of three decades to give consistent quality. Special care has been taken with an eye to Safety and Environment.

The R&D is constantly working on developing new products requiring high technological inputs and a target of introducing at least one product every year. The plant capacity is suitably augmented accordingly.

PERSONNEL

To man our modern production facilities we have a highly experienced skilled and dedicated team of technical and non-technical personnel. They are equally supported by unskilled workmen who discharge their duties with efficiency.

Regular training is imparted to constantly improved and raise the skill sets of each worker and each employee is given the opportunity to present his own ideas and suggestions on the principals of Kaizen. This helps promote active teamwork.

Our work force is committed towards the achievement of the quality goals, thus ensuring adherence to quality at all times. This couple with continued innovation and technical up-gradation are our keys to our success.

Due to our unit’s strategic location (outskirts of Kolkata) and excellent connectivity we can ensure prompt and speedy delivery by road, sea or air to all our customers in India and abroad.
